Integrity Staffing Group

As part of the employment process, Integrity Staffing Group may obtain consumer reports and/or investigative consumer reports for employment purposes as allowed under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state laws. This may include, but is not limited to:

Criminal history records
Employment verification
Education verification
Reference checks
Driving records (if applicable to the position)

These reports may be obtained from public records, law enforcement agencies, previous employers, educational institutions, and other authorized sources.

Oklahoma Applicants

You have the right to request a written summary of your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Upon request, we will provide you with the name, address, and telephone number of any consumer reporting agency from which we obtain your report.

Texas Applicants

You authorize the procurement of consumer reports and/or investigative consumer reports, including information about your character, general reputation, and personal characteristics. Upon written request within a reasonable time, you will be provided a complete and accurate disclosure of the nature and scope of the investigation.

Arkansas Applicants

You authorize the procurement of consumer reports and/or investigative consumer reports, which may include information regarding your character, general reputation, personal characteristics, and mode of living. Upon written request within a reasonable time, you will be provided additional information about the nature and scope of such investigation.

Your Rights Under the FCRA

You must be told if information from a consumer report is used against you.
You have the right to know what is in your file.
You have the right to dispute incomplete or inaccurate information.
Consumer reporting agencies must correct or delete inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information.
You can obtain a copy of “A Summary of Your Rights Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act” from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at www.consumerfinance.gov/learnmore.
