This may include, but is not limited to:<\/p>\n<p>Criminal history records<br \/>\nEmployment verification<br \/>\nEducation verification<br \/>\nReference checks<br \/>\nDriving records (if applicable to the position)<\/p>\n<p>These reports may be obtained from public records, law enforcement agencies, previous employers, educational institutions, and other authorized sources.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oklahoma Applicants<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You have the right to request a written summary of your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Upon request, we will provide you with the name, address, and telephone number of any consumer reporting agency from which we obtain your report.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Texas Applicants<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You authorize the procurement of consumer reports and\/or investigative consumer reports, including information about your character, general reputation, and personal characteristics.
