SHEENA RAUNIKAR-BAIR
Sheena Raunikar-Bair began her staffing career in 2008. Since that time, she has served customers and communities across diverse industries for national and local staffing firms before founding Integrity Staffing in 2018. Sheena serves as our President & Founder of Integrity Staffing Group and Integrity Professional Search Group. She is Chair of the American Staffing Association’s Women in Leadership Council and 2024 Chair of THRIVE Live. She has facilitated webinars, emceed events, and served as a panelist at national conferences, speaking on today’s most relevant workforce industry topics. She is on Lake Area United Way’s Women United Committee, is a 2025 SIA 40 Under 40 Honoree, and is part of SIA’s Global Power 150 Women in Staffing.
